Once you have approved the preview, you'll be excitedly opening your package in 4-10 days for US orders. 4 weeks for international orders.

Instead, our artists use cutting-edge digital technology, including photo editing and retouching, as well as sophisticated brush stroke and blending processes to create your epic gift.
Are my photos good enough to use?
Probably! Are artists are amazing. But check out our photo guide at the top of this page or the order page for more info.
The best results come from high-resolution photos.
What are the canvas diminsions?
Our canvases are mounted on a high quality wooden frame that is 3/4 of an inch thick or 0.75".
We offer 3 frame sizes.
12" x 16"
A mid-sized canvas that is perfect for almost any room in your home.
18" x 24"
This sized frame is very popular, and delivers even more of an impact. At this size, it demands attention!
24" x 36"
This is for a full on statement piece that lets everyone know that you don't mess around.
Do I get a preview?
Yes! After you've submitted your order, our artists will create your artwork within 48hrs. We'll then email you a preview to approve or request changes. If you're completely happy, we'll send the high-resolution artwork to production. If you requested changes we will send you amended artwork to approve within another 48hrs.
What about privacy?
All photos that you send us are completely secure and treated as your personal property. We will not use them for any purpose other than in the production of your design. They are permanently deleted upon the completion of your order.

You betcha! Your happiness is our promise. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you don't receive what we promise on our website.
